Baby Phat, the American hip-hop brand for women in their nineties, is making a comeback

'FF soon over' a news item that the fashion world is not talking about. On Friday, International Women's Day, model, entrepreneur and designer Kimora Lee Simmons announced the relaunch of her streetwear label Baby Phat.

Baby Phat was one of the most talked about brands in the hip-hop industry and beyond in the 1990s and early years of the zero's. Women wore it, men raped about it. Celebrities like Aaliyah, Missy Elliott, Mary J Blige, Kelis, Mya, Lil 'Kim, Britney Spears and even Rihanna were fans of the brand. The most interesting models of the moment were running the show.
